How to do it properly?

During assembly, pay attention to matching the individual holes to the device elements. Install on a flat, preferably non-slip surface, in a closed room. Follow the instructions, which you will find at tutorial.3mk.pl.

How to clean dust particles from your smartphone screen?

After cleaning your phone with a wet and dry cloth, carefully examine the screen against the light to make sure there is no fluff or other dirt on it. If necessary, gently touch the dirt with the Dust-Pad™sticker (the sticker is included in the Installation Set) to remove it. This will remove even the smallest fluff before applying the protection. Remember! Thorough cleaning of the screen is crucial.

Applying protection to camera lenses. How to do it correctly?

For Lens Pro Full Cover we have a pictorial instruction manual, which is attached to the back of the package.

The most important step is to thoroughly clean the lenses before assembly. To do this, use the wet and dry cloth included in the kit. Make sure that no dirt remains on the surface you want to protect.

During application

I can't remove the top layer with a Dust-Fix sheet. The sticker itself comes off.

In this case, we are dealing with welded edges. Our protections are manufactured using a laser method, which is why they are created at a high temperature and sometimes their edges may be welded. Of course, such a product should not pass quality control or reach you, and we apologise for this. Please contact us via the contact form and we will help you in the situation.

There is no top layer in my product.

If the product is tempered or composite glass (HardGlass, HardGlass Max, HardGlass Max Lite, HardGlass Max Privacy, Hardy, NeoGlass), don't worry - they don't have a protective film, because they are very scratch-resistant, so it's not necessary. In any other case, write to us via the contact form. We will clarify the situation and replace the product with a full-value one.

The product was mounted crookedly. Can this be corrected?

Our products are designed in such a way that if necessary, during installation, they can be lifted and placed back on the screen in the correct position.

It is best to proceed as follows:

Gently pry off the foil/glass.
Lift the product by its edges, taking care not to smear the adhesive.
Center the foil/glass over the sensor holes.
Apply the product to the screen and press it with the Anti-Bubble Card.

Application of protection to camera lenses. The glass was placed incorrectly on the lens, what to do?

You can safely correct them on the lens. Try not to touch the adhesive side while doing so. Make any corrections to the positioning before pressing the glass with a cloth.

After application

After assembly, there were a few air bubbles. How do I remove them?

Any air bubbles should be pushed out towards the nearest edge using the Anti-Buble Card or a dry cloth.

FlexibleGlass, FlexibleGlass Max, FlexibleGlass Lite

If any remain, it means that there are impurities under the hybrid glass. Use Dust-Fix™ to remove them.

Remove the backing from the narrow section of the Dust-Fix™ strip (marked in white).
Stick one of them to the corner of the applied glass and carefully pull it - do not lift the entire glass, only the part where the particles are.
Use the second sheet to remove any dust particles – simply gently touch the dust with the adhesive layer of the Dust-Fix™ sheet.
Once you have removed the dirt, place the glass back on the screen, carefully peel off the Dust-Fix™ sheet while holding the glass in place and you're done!

How to safely disassemble the product?

Screen protection

Be careful when removing the film/glass. Start from the corner by gently prying the product – you can use a piece of paper to do this by inserting it between the screen and the film/glass or use adhesive tape by sticking it to the corner, and then slowly lift the rest of the product until it is completely dismantled.

Applying protection to camera lenses. What to use to remove protective glass?

A fingernail should be enough to pry off the protective glass. An alternative is stiff, low-grammage paper. It should be gently inserted between the edge of the glass and the camera island.

Applying protection to camera lenses. I can't pry the Lens Protection Pro off to remove them. What should I do?

The protection covers the entire lens, so when disassembling, you must pry off the protection at the base of the lens, which is in contact with the back of the phone.
